Unissued “mummy wrapped” No4 Mk2

Still “mummy wrapped” Royal Ordnance Factory Fazakerley (Liverpool).   This rifle is as new and was made in 1955 for an RAF contract.   Never issued, it was imported into the US in the mid nineties.   The gentleman I obtained it from never unpacked it.   It is still is coated throughout with cosmoline so I didn’t disturb any of the packing paper.    The paper was already torn when I received the rifle.   Buy it and leave it for future generations to enjoy or clean it up and shoot it!   A highly collectible rifle of a by gone era and one of the last examples of a military bolt action rifle.   303 caliber.
